Digital twin

Through the one-time measurement of machine errors and the high-frequency recording of process data, we create virtually high-resolution 3D workpiece models (digital twin), which we virtually measure at the same time as machining and then measure the individual workpiece tolerances. The digital twin enables the virtual  Quality measurement of workpieces from batch size 1 and can be used for 100% quality assurance.
